As the years pass, it often feels as though we’ve experienced multiple lives within a single lifetime, moulding us into different versions of ourselves. Are there music movements played in succession, or improvised variations?

I look back and feel a vague sense of wistfulness; the memories can be as vivid as my current reality, and I am simply here, sitting at the center, allowing burning feelings to cut through my body and make room for gratitude. What I’ve experienced doesn’t define me, but it opens my eyes and shapes who I am.
