I was this little girl—seeing friends in the shadows, finding treasures in the rubbish and discovering worlds between the cracks of her existence. I think I am still that girl: making friends with shadows, making treasures from rubbish, finding magic in the cracks of an ordinary life.
About Catalysts
Catalysts is a collection of original mixed-media works created in response to stories written by Canadian women for the anthology The Fires We Lit. Each piece began as an encounter with another person’s words and became an independent visual reflection on what remained.
