What formed in my mind was unexpectedly tender: a garden growing from questions about roles, expectations and choice. At its heart, though, I think of this as a love story—not about surrendering one’s convictions, but about choosing with them intact. About finding something worth tending, and someone you can trust to tend it with you.
About Catalysts
Catalysts is a collection of original mixed-media works created in response to stories written by Canadian women for the anthology The Fires We Lit. Each piece began as an encounter with another person’s words and became an independent visual reflection on what remained.
